FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping - AUD$5 within Australia, AUD$10 to the rest of the world. The aim is to make shipping simpler and more straightforward, but if you have any feedback please let us know.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle, within 1-3 working days of the order being finalised. You will receive an email notifying you when the order has been dispatched and if your item is a larger parcel, you will also receive a tracking number. We offer Express Post shipping (via Australia Post) - select on checkout. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via Australia Post standard mail or Sendle, within 1-3 working days of the order being finalised. You will receive an email notifying you when the order has been dispatched and if your item is a larger parcel, you will also receive a tracking number. If you require tracking please get in contact before placing your order.

RETURNS

Most items are made to order, so returns are not available in all but exceptional circumstances. Thanks for your understanding. If you are unhappy with your order, do get in touch, as we only want happy customers.
